We recommend scheduling transportation at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we also offer same-day transportation services. Ride confirmations are typically completed the day before to the scheduled ride, upon payment has been made.
We offer door-to-door non-emergency medical transportation services such as ambulatory transportation, wheelchair transportation, and stretcher transportation.
Our medical transportation service are available to the community 24/7, 365 days a year.
Even though we mainly provide transportation for medical purposes, such as doctor appointments, hospital visits, and other medical appointments, we also provide specialized services too. Please reach out directly for additional information or special requests.

In Florida, these services are managed by designated brokers that oversee different regions. To arrange or schedule this transportation, contact the state's Medicaid agency or managed care plan. Typically, Original Medicare (Part A and Part B) does not include coverage for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.
